3d打印軟膠手板介紹

3D打印是一種新的生產加工方式,和傳統的方法是有區別的,目前3D打印是可以打印軟膠的,但是3D打印的軟膠不像傳統方法加工的軟膠一樣,可以任意改變顏色和軟度,3D打印的軟膠的軟硬度和顏色是不可以調節的,常見的就是白色的。
3D printing is a new production and processing method, which is different from traditional methods. Currently, 3D printing can print soft glue, but the soft glue for 3D printing is not like the soft glue processed by traditional methods, which can change the color and softness at will. The softness, hardness, and color of the soft glue for 3D printing cannot be adjusted, and the common one is white.
3D打印軟膠主要有2種工藝,光固化和激光燒結2種,光固化的軟膠硬度只有50到60度,力學性能一般,不怎么耐磨和耐撕裂,沒什么彈性,只能用于測試軟的產品的原型打樣,激光固化的軟膠硬度有90度,耐磨和彈性好,性能比較接近傳統軟膠了
